Rehman Malik to move court against Kamal’s allegations

Reacting to Kamal’s accusations that the former interior minister knew about MQM links with Indian spy agency RAW, Malik said whenever he met with the MQM leadership was in the light of directions of PPP co-chairperson Asif Ali Zardari.

Malik denied that he was present in any of the MQM meetings that discussed sensitive party issues or matters related to RAW.

During my meetings with Governor Sindh Dr. Ishratul Ibad we only discussed to strengthen an alliance between MQM and the PPP, said Malik.

The former interior minister also rejected the allegation that he drafted press releases for MQM.

However, Malik affirmed that Kamal was one of the closest to MQM chief Altaf Hussain.
