Nokia looks to take on the smartphone revolution and its rapid evolution in style. After unveiling its first android phone, the mobile phone giant is set to release couple of more phones with surprising specifications.
A website, Slashgear, reported the ‘leaked’ specifications of Nokia 5 and Nokia 3.
Nokia looks to capitalise on the upcoming Mobile World Congress in Barcelona where it is expected to announce nearly five new handsets.
Iconic Nokia phone ‘3310’ set to make a comeback
The report says Nokia 6 isn’t exactly high-end either. It is, actually a weird Frankenstein of specs. For example, it ran on a Qualcomm Snapdragon 430, the chip maker’s lower mid-range class, but had 4 GB of RAM and 64 GB of storage.
The 5.5-inch screen does only have a 1080p resolution, but the 16 megapixel main camera is rather formidable.
In contrast, the Nokia 5 and 3 fit more closely the image of budget-friendly phones. The Nokia 5, pictured above, has that same Snapdragon 430 processor as the Nokia 6 but with only 2 GB of RAM and 16 GB of storage this time. The smaller 5.2-inch screen also has a lower 720p resolution. As far as the cameras are concerned, the Nokia 5 is rumoured to pack a 12-megapixel primary camera on the rear

You might think that, based on the number, the Nokia 3 would be lower down the ladder. That is only very minimally true. The Snapdragon 425 is, indeed, clocked lower, but the phone has the same 2 GB RAM and 16 GB storage. The 720p screen might even be larger at 5.3 inches.

The Nokia 3 is expected to go for 149 EUR ($157) while the Nokia 5 will cost 199 EUR ($210)
Nokia 8
The new Nokia 8 is expected to come at a price tag of CNY 3,188 (Rs 31,000 approximately –Indian rupee ). The listing also has pictures that seems to show concept renders of a Nokia smartphone with near bezel-less display.
In terms of specifications, the Nokia 8 is expected to sport a Qualcomm Snapdragon 835 processor along with 5.7-inch QHD super AMOLED display. In terms of optics, the new Nokia 8 is expected to come with a 24-megapixel rear camera with OIS alongside a 12-megapixel front camera.
