17 year-old girl burnt to death by robbers in Shikarpur

According to details, the father of the girl claimed that four robbers entered his house to steal valuables. However, upon not finding anything of use, the infuriated robbers doused his daughter Iram Sheikh in petrol and lit her on fire. The victim burnt to her death.

The incident took place at the Ali Shah Shaheed Colony in Shikarpur. At the time of the incident, Iram’s parents as well as her elder brother was also present in the house.

Police have started their investigations regarding the girl’s murder. SHO said that facts pertaining to the case would be revealed soon enough. A senior police official also stated that till the statements of the sisters and the brother of Iram were not taken, no conclusion could be reached.
