Bollywood’s Dabangg Khan has said no to an ad which would have also featured his ex girlfriend and Bollywood superstar Katrina Kaif.
The Ek Tha Tiger costars Salman Khan and Katrina Kaif were to be cast in a commercial which would have earned Salman a handsome sum of Rs 7 crore. However, the Bollywood actor declined the offer whereas Katrina had given the green signal to work with Salman.
Earlier, rumours were rife in the media that Kat had been the first preference for Salman Khan’s upcoming movie Bajrangi Bhaijaan. However, Kareena Kapoor Khan ended up bagging the role and Salman also refused to approach Katrina for a role in the movie Sultan.
Salman Khan and Katrina Kaif had dated each other, when Kat had began her career in the Bollywood industry. reportedly, Salman had given her career a jump start by introducing her to Bollywood’s influential people. However, things did not work out between the two and Katrina split from Dabangg Khan. Though both of them have denied their relationship, Ranbir Kapoor and Katrina Kaif have been rumoured to be in a couple.
Salman Khan’s upcoming movie Bajrangi Bhaijaan will be released on June 18, 2015 and is already being hyped as one of the biggest movies of this year. Is Salman Khan keeping a safe distance from Katrina Kaif, following speculations that the actress might tie the knot with Ranbir next year? Only time will tell!
