Saif Ali Khan’s daughter Sara Ali Khan has impressed critics and fans with her performance in ‘Kedarnath’ and ‘Simmba’ and is already being termed Bollywood’s next superstar.
On the other hand, Sridevi and Boney Kapoor’s daughter Janhvi too made her debut last year with Karan Johar’s ‘Dhadak’ and is making news ever since making their comparison inevitable.
So, one of them had to speak about it and it was a revelation.
“Can I control it? What’s the point. I think that I understand that I can’t control it. I understand that it’s inevitable. But I don’t think it’s anything to get insecure about if it’s motivating. I’ve Instagrammed messaged her so many times..Look they’ve compared us again or..this is so funny,” the actress told India’s Filmfare magazine.
The ‘Kedarnath’ actress was of the view that all this depends on the way that you react to it.
“I think comparisons are inevitable, pitted against each other is inevitable. It depends on you to comfortable in your own skin,” Sara Ali Khan added.
The actress also revealed that she was quite comfortable with her father’s decision to marry a second time for it was Poo (Kareena Kapoor’s character from Kabhie Khushi Kabhi Gham).
“People tell me that I have willed this to happen. I have been such a die-hard Kareena fan that I have willed her into my life. This is what I get,” Sara Ali Khan added.
Sara, who made her debut with “Kedarnath” last year, was praised by critics and fans alike for her performance in the movie. Her second release “Simmba” became a blockbuster.
