Talking to ARY News, the Advisor for International Federation of Journalists, Pervez Shaukat said that Faizullah’s conviction in Afghanistan, is indeed an outcome of the failure of Pakistani Embassy there.
President of the Karachi Press Club (KPC), Imtiaz Faran labeled the four years’ sentence to Faizullah Khan, as the let-down of the Government of Pakistan and the Foreign Office (FO).
Senior analyst, Mazhar Abbas while commenting on the issue, urged Pakistani journalists to reach Kabul at the earliest and inform the Afghan authorities about the sensitivity of the matter.
Moreover, numerous senior journalists demanded the Government of Pakistan to contact the Afghan Government immediately and get Faizullah’s term ended.
