KARACHI: Shab e Barat, 15th night of the month of Shaban, is being observed in every nook and cranny of the country with great religious zeal – ARY News reports.
The doors of blessings are opened for everyone; ulema and religious scholars are educating the masses about the importance of this night, while different ceremonies have also been organized for the believers to pray before ALLAH and ask Him for the forgiveness.
Graveyards in Karachi have been lit-up and cleanliness arrangements have also been made, yet security situation outside these graveyards does not seem satisfactory.
Scores of masses were observed turning towards graveyards to visit the graves of their loved ones, who have departed from the world.
The absence of alternate traffic plan also disturbed the city life, as everyone seemed to be in hurry to reach home for offering prayers and performing rituals.
Moreover, religious ceremonies have been organized to enlighten the teachings of Islam, for offering Salat o Tasbeeh and special prayers.
