CM Punjab chaired a top level meeting in which he approved the projects. He said that Greater Iqbal Park is of immense importance after the completion of Azadi Chowk Flyover.
“Minar-e-Pakistan, Badshahi Mosque, Shahi Qilla and other sites will be historically revived”, Shahbaz said.
He also said that Greater Iqbal Park will highlight the cultural importance of Lahore. He added that a lake will also be made inside the park which will have an island in it.
“Greater Iqbal Park project will be a grand example of individualism”, CM Punjab.
Shahbaz Sharif stated that the first butterfly house of Pakistan will be constructed in Jallo Park.
