DG KHAN: Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) is all set to hold a public gathering today (Saturday) in Dera Ghazi Khan (DG Khan) city of Punjab.
Punjab Chief Minister and PML-N president Shehbaz Sharif will address the rally.
All arrangements have been finalized and the venue has been decorated with party flags and posters. As many as 20,000 chairs have been placed at the venue of the public meeting.
Besides Shehbaz, other central and district-level party leaders also are expected to address the rally.
The city administration has inspected all security arrangements for the event by late night, besides deploying police personnel at and around the venue.
All activists and workers of the ruling party kept on rallying across the city on Friday night in an attempt to mobilize masses to attend today’s public gathering.
The PML-N workers have recently stepped up their pre-election campaign ahead of General Elections 2018 in an apparent bid to solicit public support.
