ISLAMABAD: Sheikh Abdullah Awad Al Juhany, one of the Imams of the Grand Mosque (Masjid al-Haram), will arrive in Islamabad on a seven-day visit to Pakistan today, ARY News reported.
Imam-e-Ka’aba Sheikh Juhany will be received by Federal Minister for Religious Affairs and Inter-faith Harmony, Noorul-Haq Qadri, upon his arrival in the federal capital on Thursday (today).
The top cleric will lead Friday prayers at Faisal Mosque tomorrow.
In March last year, Imam-e-Kaaba Dr Saleh bin Muhammad Al-Talib had visited Pakistan where he attended religious programmes and held meetings with the-then president, prime minister and other government top officials.
