Protests were also held in different cities against Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi for his provocations against Pakistan.

The Indian premier’s speech on Aug 15, India’s Independence Day, had also triggered protests across Balochistan, with large numbers of tribesmen taking to the streets in protest in several parts of the province.

Political leaders, civil society members and citizens in large numbers took out rallies holding placards against Indian PM and their government.

In Chaman, protesters burnt effigy of Narendra Modi and Brahamdagh Bugti for their anti-Pakistan statements.
