According to details, the fire broke out at a godown of a towel factory. The blaze gripped intensity and rapidly spread to the entire factory.
It took more than 12 fire brigades and five hours of struggle to extinguish the fire.
Rescue teams informed that all workers who were present in the factory were safely evacuated and no casualties were reported.
Clothes and machinery worth millions of rupees were destroyed by the blaze.
