From the looks of it, it seemed that Sridevi might be preparing her daughters for an upcoming glamorous film career in Bollywood. The elder sister Jhanvi, dressed in a black short dress, has already been gaining reputation as a fashionista. The younger sibling Khushi also seemed to follow suit and showed up in a short white dress, looking equally elegant and lovely. Sporting a black dress with matching heels Sridevi didn’t look bad herself, considering her age!

Boney Kapoor was the only member of the family who seemed out of sorts and not-so-groomed as compared to his stylish wife and daughters. The family proceeded to pose for the cameras and were clicked numerous times. Boney stepped aside later on whilst Stefano and the three ladies posed for the camera.

Sridevi used to be the leading Bollywood lady back in the day. After a rumored romance in the 80s with Mithun Chakraborty, Sridevi married Anil and Sanjay Kapoor’s brother, film producer Boney Kapoor. The couple have Jhanvi and Khushi as their two daughters.

It would be interesting to see how both sisters fare in Bollywood, if they do pursue a career in acting. For now, Sridevi seems to have groomed the girls well but much remains to be seen. Gone are the days when only a few Bollywood actresses used to dominate the industry, such as Kajol, Juhi Chawla, Madhuri Dixit etc. With the expanding Indian film industry, a multitude of actresses have emerged in the form of Deepika Padukone, Kangana Ranaut, Katrina Kaif, Anushka Sharma and Vidya Balan.

However, during the recent times, several Bollywood stars hailing from prestigious families have also made it big. Examples are Rishi Kapoor’s son Ranbir Kapoor, Shakti Kapoor’s daughter Shraddha Kapoor, Priyanka Chopra’s cousin Parineeti Chopra and Mahesh Bhatt’s daughter Alia Bhatt. If they can, surely Jhanvi and Khushi can as well!
