Struggle of Kashmiris will turn violent if rights denied: Hurriyat leader’s wife

ISLAMABAD: Wife of Hurriyat leader Yaseen Malik Mishal Malik has said that the peaceful struggle of Kashmiris for their right of self determination will turn violent if they are not given independence, ARY News reported.

Addressing a function in Islamabad on the anniversary , Malik said that the morale of Kashmiris is high despite the human rights abuses committed by Indian forces in occupied Kashmir.

She said that the international community has to pay its attention towards the Kashmir issue.

The Hurriyat leader’s wife stated that she has respect for Chairman of Parliamentary Special Committee on Kashmir Maulana Fazl-ur-Rehman along with all politicians of the country.

She said that the people of Kashmir want representation on the committee along with all forums so that the issue can be raised in an effective manner on international level.
