At least 23 people including two minors were killed in the suicide blast which occurred in Lashari Mohalla of Jacobabad after the 9th Muharram procession.
According to details, the security agency arrested a facilitator in the terrorist attack during a raid here in Larkana.
Sources said that the suspect, identified as Kamran Arain, confessed that he had called the suicide attacker to Jacobabad and provided him residential and financial assistance.
