MUMBAI Bollywood actor Salman Khan is promoting his upcoming film Race 3, but the Indian star grabbed headlines for an unexpected hilarious reason. Thanks to Hollywood icon Sylvester Stallone.

Khan has been promoting the film on Twitter introducing the multi-star cast of the film, but what made matters most interesting is that Sylvester Stallone took on himself to help promote Race 3 as he shared the movie’s poster on his Instagram page.

A sweet gesture that turned into a troll fest when fans pointed out that he apparently mistook Bobby Deol for Salman Khan!

Instead of Salman’s picture, he posted the one which features Bobby Deol and Instagrammers couldn’t keep their calm over It!

He shared the wrong poster with the caption;

“The very best wishes to very talented film hero SALMAN KHAN For his next film RACE 3! @beingsalmankhan.”

Fans of the 52-year-old Sultan actor didn’t let this blunder slip as they took to Twitter and Instagram to troll the Hollywood “Rocky” actor for his mistake. Realizing his gaffe, Stallone removed the post from his both social media accounts.

Recently Salman had shared a clip of the Rocky star where he is seen promoting his flick Creed II. He captioned the post with;

“While I introduce the #race3 family this week, this is something all of you should know.”

Directed by Remo D’Souza, Race 3 also stars Bobby Deol, Jacqueline Fernandez, Saqib Saleem, Daisy Shah and Anil Kapoor.

The film is set to release on July 15th.
