KARACHI: The Election Commission has declared MQM candidate Izhar Ahmed winner in DMC West and annulled the earlier decision of returning officer against Mutahidda Qaumi Movement.

KARACHI: A delegation of Mutahidda Qaumi Movement (MQM) met Chief Election Commissioner Sardar Raza Khan at his office and demanded investigation into ‘dramatic change of district West election results’ that robbed MQM of its chairman.
