London police rejected 'political claims' of Pakistan Muslim League Nawaz (PML-N) regarding the alleged attack on personal physician of former premier's Nawaz Sharif, Dr Adnan.

He was attacked by two persons with iron rods, wearing masks to hide their identity.

Personal physician of the ailing Mian Muhammad Nawaz Sharif claimed foul play on the decision made prior on the former premier's bail extension.

Dr Adnan said that the ailing father awaits her daughter and has postponed his high-risk surgery in hopes of meeting her.

Dr Adnan also revealed that Nawaz Sharif would be traveling in an air ambulance along with capable medical staff, all the resources are to arrive in Pakistan soon.

Dr Adnan, in his latest Twitter message, reiterated that Nawaz Sharif should travel abroad for the definitive diagnosis and treatment of his disease.

Dr. Adnan has said that sugar and blood pressure levels of Sharif were further pushing to his overall health on down side, while the delay in medical tests adding to the complications as ambiguities about his health problems yet to be cleared.

The letter asked to give permission to Maryam Nawaz and Dr Adnan to meet him, saying that it was essential for them to meet Nawaz Sharif because of his poor health condition.
