KARACHI: Since the start of Karachi Operation in September, 2013, Pakistan Rangers (Sindh) have so far arrested over 10,000 suspects, while more than 350 terrorists were killed in encounters with paramilitary personnel, said the Rangers spokesperson on Wednesday.
