Teaser of Salman Khan's Tubelight released, stirs up fan base

The teaser trailer of Salman Khan’s new historical drama Tubelight has stirred up his enormous fan base. The teaser met with an enthusiastic response and over 4.3 million views were recorded in first 15 hours after official release on Youtube.

Khan’s character in the movie appears to be different than his usual macho, man of action persona. However, his role in the film is not much clear.

Khan co-stars with Chinese actress Zhu Zhu and child actor Matin Rey Tangu in the film. The film has been written and directed by Kabir Khan. Tubelight also casts Sohail Khan as soldier.

Director Kabir Khan gushed about his star’s performance, explaining that “Salman will be seen in a completely different way in the movie. If people have thought that Salman’s performance is special in Bajrangi Bhaijaan, then his performance in Tubelight is five times better than it. The audience will see Salman’s better performance in Tubelight.”
