Terrorist networks in Pakistan destroyed, says PM’s adviser

According to Radio Pakistan, Irfan Siddiqui in an interview stated that the incidents linked to terrorism, extremism and violence were reduced since action was taken against outlawed groups and hate literature.

The PM’s adviser also said that Operation Zarb-e-Azb was launched against terrorists in full force.

He added that 322 terrorists were hanged while 1500 books containing hate material were also seized.

Siddiqui said that international community had lauded Pakistan’s efforts in the war against terrorism and the country’s image had also increased due to the efforts of the federal government.
