Traffic accident claims two lives, injures three

KARACHI: Two people were killed and three persons were injured when a speeding passenger bus made contact with a truck in the Landhi Mansehra area here on Tuesday, ARY News reports.
The bodies and the injured were taken to Jinnah Postgraduate Medical Centre (JPMC). The deceased were identified as Zulfikar and Mohammad Urs.
Police stated that the accident occured due to excessive speeding which made bus driver lose its control and rammed the vehicle head on with a truck coming from the opposite direction.
Residents of the area arrived on the spot and recovered the injured from the damaged vehicle and shifted them to the hospital.
