RAWALPINDI: Two Army personnel embraced martyrdom in a landmine blast near Angor Adda in South Waziristan on Sunday, ARY News reported.

Sepoys, Attaur Rehman and Imran Ali were martyred during a search operation in South Waziristan as Operation Radd-ul-Fasaad continues across the country, said media wing of military forces, Inter Services Public Relations (ISPR).

Expressing remorse over the incident, Home Minister Balochistan Mir Sarfraz Bugti on his social media account wrote, “Despite the denial of our sacrifices against terrorism, the valiant sons continue to give their lives for a better and safer Pakistan.”

Two terrorists killed, four camps destroyed in Balochistan

Separately, the armed forces have killed two terrorists and destroyed four terrorists camps in Balochistan.

the media wing of military forces said Frontier Corps Balochistan conducted special intelligence based operations in Kahan, Dera Bugti and Chattar/ Uch areas and destroyed four terrorists camps and killed two terrorists during exchange of fire.

In another intelligence based operation in Turbat, FC Balochistan ( South) foiled a terrorist activity.

During last two days, FC Balochistan (South) busted a network of terrorists and their facilitators. Two terrorist facilitators have been arrested and heavy cache of arms and ammunition recovered which was being transported to carry out terrorist activity in Turbat.

14 SUSPECTS APPREHENDED, HUGE CACHE OF WEAPONS RECOVERED IN PUNJAB

Pakistan Rangers Punjab along with Counter Terrorism Department Punjab Police and intelligence agencies apprehended 14 suspects in intelligence based operations in Faisalabad and suburbs of Islamabad .

Illegal weapons/ammunition of different calibers including Kalashnikovs and machine guns were recovered from their possession. 200 cell phones, which had been buried underground, were also unearthed.
