Two LNG terminals being constructed to overcome energy crisis: Miftah

According to Radio Pakistan, Dr. Miftah Ismail said that the newly constructed LNG terminals would provide gas to the energy sector to increase power producing capacity.
Ismail added that Turkmenistan-Afghanistan-Pakistan-India (TAPI) gas pipeline will be beneficial for Pakistan as it will help the country overcome its energy problems.
“Pakistan would get more than 750 mmcf gas daily through the project and will increase its shares with more investment in the project in future”, the investment board chairman said.
He added that the gas from TAPI project will be supplied to power, industrial and domestic sectors.
