Two persons gunned down in Nazimabad

KARACHI: At least two persons were killed in firing near Nazimabad area, ARY News reported Thursday.

Police said armed men opened fire on a rickshaw, resulting deaths of two people.

The victims were targeted near underpass of Nazimabad No.4 area.

According to initial reports, both the deceased were real brothers. One of them was an employee of K-Electric (formerly, Karachi Electricity Supply Company). They were identified as Shahkaar and Zulfikar.

Bodies of the dead persons were shifted to nearby hospital for medico-legal formalities.

Meanwhile, death toll in firing incidents across the city today has reached four.
