A death row prisoner Rasheed Ahmed was executed at new central jail of Bahawalpur in the wee hours of Tuesday.
Rasheed had killed a man Mohammad Shafi in year 2004 in a dispute over a piece of agriculture land.
Another death row convict Sardar Ali was hanged to death in Tobatek Singh jail this morning.
Sardar Ali had gunned down his rival Amanullah during an election campaign 23 years ago.
The jail authorities handed over the mortal remains of the two executed men to their families after completing formalities.
Pakistan reinstated executions in 2014 as part of a crackdown on extremism after Taliban attackers gunned down more than 150 people, most of them children, at Army Public School in Peshawar on December 16, 2014.
Hangings were initially reinstated only for those convicted of terrorism, but in March last year they were extended to all capital offences.
No official figures on the number of executions carried out since the moratorium was lifted are available. Rights activists recently put the number over 300.
Supporters argue that executions are the only effective way to deal with the scourge of militancy in the country.
But critics say the legal system is unjust, with rampant police torture and poor representation for victims during unfair trials, while the majority of those who are hanged are not convicted of terror charges.
