KARACHI: Several violence incidents were witnessed in Karachi on Monday, unknown gunmen killed a office bearer of Awami National Party (ANP) while office of a private TV channel in Qayumabad was attacked with a hand grenade by unidentified miscreants, ARY News reported.
According to police, two security guards were wounded in the attack when unknown armed men riding on a motor bike threw hand grenades and opened fire. The incident caused panic and tension in the area.
Furthermore, unknown gunmen opened fire on the police mobile in the area of Malir Cantt. Police countered the attack and arrested one criminal.
Other incidents of firing were occurred in Orangi Town and Gulshan-e-Maymar where two persons were shot dead by unknown gunmen.
