Veena Malik condemns Myanmar brutality, raises her voice for the Rohingya

Pakistani actress Veena Malik expressed her solidarity with the Muslim community in Burma and questioned the violence widespread in the country. Veena, known for posting quite frequently on micro blogging site Twitter, tweeted her support for the Rohingya yesterday:-
You dont need to be a Muslim to understand the pain of #BurmaMuslims.Its just required #Humanity and feel for others.Hello @UN #BurmaMuslims

Quite recently, model Ayyan Ali who had been arrested for allegedly smuggling currency out of the country, had also pledged to keep a fast for three days and offer nafil prayers for the Rohingya.

The Rohingya community have been subjected to severe persecution over the years by extremist Buddhist monks of Myanmar. Scores of Muslims in Burma have been killed and thousands have been forced to flee the country via ships.
