BEIJING: Every bride desires a perfect photo shoot of her wedding, but seldom any of them take to an extreme that risks her life. But one bride from China apparently chose ‘dangerously different’ photo shoot to everyone’s surprise.

In video footage a woman can be seen allowing her photographer to set her dress alight in an apparent bid to get the perfect picture.

As her dress goes up in flames, she calmly poses by a lake – as if nothing out of the ordinary is happening.

But as the flames slowly start to get more violent, she panics and a woman can be seen rushing into the frame with a fire extinguisher, in the footage posted by China People’s Daily.

The wedding dress is fast becoming an expendable – and perhaps novelty – part of a couple’s big day.
