CENTURION: Star Indian cricketer Virat Kohli has numerous times demonstrated he is a thorough professional and a gentleman – and this time too he never fell short of it. Kohli extended his best wishes to Pakistani umpire Aleem Dar for launching his restaurant in Lahore.
Aleem Dar is undoubtedly one of the most respected officials in the game and was one of the top names in ICC’s elite panel for the 2017-18 season and was named the best umpire in international cricket for three consecutive years from 2009-11.
“I have heard that you want to make a school for deaf children through the earnings of this restaurant so I hope that you accomplish what you want to accomplish. I encourage everyone to go and try his restaurant,” Kohli said in his video message.
In the message, Kohli reveals goes on to recommend the restaurant and congratulates Dar on his noble initiative.
