In another shocking incident of a pitbull dog attack, a 9-year-old girl was attacked by a pitbull dog in the Indian city of Ambala.
The girl was playing on the lane when the neighbour’s dog attacked her. The entire tragedy was captured on CCTV.
The CCTV footage shows the dog viciously bit the young girl. It was at this moment that a young man, who happened to be the girl’s neighbour, saw what was happening and immediately sprang into action.

The pitbull, startled by the sudden noise, let go of the girl.
The girl’s father alleged that no one in the neighbourhood knew about the dogs being kept as pets and demanded strict action against the owner.
It should be noted that along with stray dogs creating a menace on the streets, there has also been a recent spate of pit-bull attacks in India, where children, adults and elderlies, all have become victims.
Earlier in October last year, a pitbull mauled a 6-year-old girl in Uttar Pradesh’s Ghaziabad. In July last year, an 80-year-old woman was found in the pool of her own blood in Uttar Pradesh’s Lucknow.
