“I will definitely come to watch PSL final,” says President Alvi

KARACHI: In an enthusiastic tone, President Arif Alvi said “I will definitely come to watch the final match” of Pakistan Super League (PSL).

Speaking to reporters on Friday from the National Stadium, Alvi said that he was very glad that he came to watch the eliminator match with great excitement.

Expressing gratitude to the international players, the president said, “I am grateful to them for coming to Pakistan on our invitation.” This year, none of the international player refused to play in Pakistan, he continued.

“I am really fond of cricket,” Alvi told mediamen.

Mentioning Prime Minister Imran Khan’s commitment to organize all matches of PSL 5 in Pakistan, the president said the law and order situation has become very satisfying now and foreign players will certainly come to Pakistan for next PSL.

Ahsan Mani, Chairman Pakistan Cricket  Board (PCB), was also present on the occasion.

The closing ceremony of the fourth edition of PSL will be held at Karachi’s National Stadium on March 17.
