INGREDIENTS

1/2 Cucumber (American Slicer- Kheera) 

1/2 Apple 

1/2 Sapota (Chikoo)

1/2 Beet 

7 Spinach leaves 

1/2 Carrot 

If Beet or Carrot are not available, one can use tomatoes.

You can consume this juice in the morning and after your exercise session. The juice can save you from constipation and headaches during dieting.
