RAWALPINDI: Indian Army once again resorted to unprovoked firing on innocent civilians and martyred one young boy and injured four other people on Friday, ARY News reported.

“Indian cease fire violations continue despite facing loses of men and material inflicted by Pak Army’s response,” said military’s media wing, the Inter Services Public Relations (ISPR), in a statement.

The ISPR said Indian Army today targeted innocent civilians in Gheekot and Mandal villages of Lipa sector near the Line of Control (LoC) where civilians were preparing for Friday prayers.
