Zahid Khan, while presiding a meeting of the standing senate committee for water and power, said that Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) Chairman Imran Khan should not have given the call of civil disobedience.
Criticizing the Distribution Companies (DISCOs) Board of Directors, ANP Senator said that several appointments were made in the companies on political basis on which Nargis Sethi, Secretary for Water and Power, said that she will convey the criticisms to Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif and Federal Minister Khawaja Muhammad Asif.
He said that federal government should be proper use of the available electricity.
