According to details, the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) minister named Kusum Medhele from Madhya Pradesh kicked the beggar, who asked the woman for Re.1, when she was attending the function.
Her guards also started to thrash the child.
An activist from Child Rights and You (CRY) stated that Medhele committed an inhuman act instead of helping the child.
