Jibran Syed: Bad Boy to Good Boy

A sure sign of his versatility, the actor Jibran Syed is playing the sweet, obedient brother and an equally humble and compromising individual in the drama.

Numair, the bad brother-in-law of ‘Chup Raho’ who sexually abuses his sister-in-law is back as the all sweet brother and husband in ARY Digital drama ‘Ishq Parast’. The man who became the most popular villain on Pakistani TV screen with his skillful acting and changed many faces to save himself from facing the tune has changed another face but this face is not a bad one.

This time Jibran Syed is playing ‘Zohaib’, brother to Arsala (played by Arij Fatyma) and husband to Dua (Armeena Khan) and faces a test on both fronts.

Zohaib is a father figure to Arsala as the brother-sister duo has lost their parents and fulfills every wish of her naughty sister.

Arsala’s wish to get him wedded lands him in a difficult situation as Dua, the girl tells him that she loves her class fellow (played by Ahmed Ali).

Nice as always, Zohaib not only keeps her wife’s secret but also decides to divorce her so she can live with her boyfriend without letting anyone know.

On the other hand, he tries to keep a normal behaviour with her always demanding sister and a caring aunt (played by Shaheen Khan).

The way Jibran acts make his angelic Zohaib believable as was his portrayal of the devilish Numair.
