Woman die, three injured in Indian firing along LoC

RAWALPINDI: A girl was killed and three others injured as Indian forces resorted to unprovoked firing along the Nakial sector on Line of Control (LoC) on Friday evening.

The incidents of unprovoked firing continue along the LoC despite an agreement between the border forces of Pakistan and India to restore ceasefire along the working boundary.

In recent incident of border violation by Indian troops a 25-year woman was killed and three others injured in Pakistani side of the border.

Earlier Indian forces violated ceasefire at Kotli Nakial sector resulting in death of three Pakistani civilians.

Earlier, this week a Pakistan Army soldier was also killed as India’s BSF resorted to unprovoked firing along the LoC in Battal Sector.
