Taiwanese actor Cheng Chang Fan sparks romance buzz with Indian woman

Taiwanese actor and model Cheng Chang Fan has become a talking point on social media after a series of posts featuring an Indian woman sparked speculation that he may have found love in India.

The buzz first emerged after a video from 2025 showed Cheng Chang interacting warmly with a female hotel staff member during his visit to India. In the clip, the woman welcomed him with Hindu’s traditional aarti.

The speculation resurfaced after Cheng Chang appeared to share another video featuring an Indian woman whom social media users believe could be the same person.

Adding fuel to the romance rumours, he captioned the post, “And just like that… I flew her across the world, straight into my arms.”

The romantic message quickly prompted questions about whether the Taiwanese actor is in a relationship with the woman. However, neither Cheng Chang nor the woman has publicly confirmed that they are dating, leaving fans to speculate about the nature of their bond.

Cheng Chang also shared photographs with an Indian woman alongside an emotional message praising Indian women for their warmth, sincerity and openness. He recalled being drawn to “that light in her eyes” from the first day he walked into the hotel.

Who is Cheng Chang Fan?

Cheng Chang Fan is a Taiwanese actor and model from Taipei. He has worked in the fashion industry and has modelled for luxury brands including Dior, Hugo Boss and Burberry.

He is known for playing Kyan in the 2020 drama Craving You. Beyond acting and modelling, Cheng Chang released his solo single “Ain’t Nothing” in 2022.
