ISLAMABAD: District administration on Friday issued ultimatum to the participants of sit-in at Faizabad Interchange in Islamabad demanding them to vacate the area by 12:00 am tonight or face crackdown, ARY News reported.
Faizabad Interchange is the main gateway between Rawalpindi and Islamabad and the participants of sit-in have been encroaching it for more than two weeks in violation of law. The district administration has issued three warning letters to the sit-in protesters.
“Leaders of the sit-in and participants will be responsible in case of operation against the sit-in,” said the administration.
