Dr Ibad hailed sacrifices of Rangers and other law-enforcement agencies in fight against terrorism. He said peace in Karachi was essential for bringing in foreign investment.
He said protection of people’s lives and property was the government’s utmost priority.
The DG Rangers and the government expressed resolve to root out terrorism from the province and agreed on continuation of steps against criminal activities.
Earlier, Maj Akbar briefed the governor on overall law and order situation of the province.
