The move comes just hours after the Sindh High Court (SHC) struck her name from the Exit Control List (ECL) and allowed her to travel out of the country.
The supermodel immediately reached the Karachi airport and was all set to leave for Dubai on an Emirates airlines flight EK-609 scheduled to leave at 7.45pm.

Sources claimed that her name has been placed back on the ECL.
Earlier Ayyan’s counsel had filed an application in the court for removing her name from the ECL. The counsel claimed that she has suffered a loss of Rs200 million as she was barred from travelling to finish her professional assignments.
The SHC had strongly reprimanded the federal interior secretary for failing to removing her name from the ECL and ordered to immediately implement the court’s order.
Ayyan was arrested on March 14, 2015 from Benazir Bhutto International Airport in Islamabad for attempting to smuggle almost half a million dollars out of the country.
