MUMBAI: Ranbir Kapoor’s new looks for Sanjay Dutt biopic has just left everyone on the social media in awe.
His pictures that shows him with a salt and pepper beard, unruly hair and a red vermillion paste — just like how a lot of us remember Dutt. While there are people lauding the actor’s dedication towards bringing the life and story of Dutt alive on screen, credit to filmmaker Vidhu Vinod Chopra.
From funny comparisons between the real Dutt and the ‘reel’ one to absolutely relatable real life comparisons, Kapoor’s new look is now the fodder for quite a few laughs on Twitter.
Ranbir said: “As you can see, I’m in the look of Sanjay Dutt and the movie is 60% complete and soon it will get over.”
“It feels very proud that I’m doing the Sanjay Dutt biopic and I’m very thankful to Vinod sir (Vidhu Vinod Chopra) and Sanjay sir specially,” added Ranbir.
Ranbir was last seen in the movie Ae Dil Hai Mushkil, a romantic drama written and directed by Karan Johar.
When asked about his upcoming film Jagga Jasoos, Ranbir said: “Jagga Jasoos is already delayed, but it will be releasing soon. I think around end of July it will be released”.
