Councillor, son shot dead in Orangi

Unidentified gunmen opened fire at a hotel near Sabri Chowk in Orangi Town sector 11 leaving a former councillor Abdur Rasheed and his son Adil dead.

The deceased were said to be affiliated with a political party. The dead bodies transferred to hospital to complete formalities.

The killing incident sparked tensions in the locality.

Moreover, a body of an unidentified woman with torture wounds found in Memon Goth in Malir.

Another dead body found in Zaman Town of Korangi. The deceased was a rickshaw driver Javed, who was tortured and hanged to death by unknown killers.
