Court rejects bail application of Dr. Asim Hussain

The court also deferred the decision on the bail of his accomplices. The judge informed him that his counsel’s argument does not absolve him of the crime.

Dr. Asim appeared visibly disappointed after the decision and claimed that he was not in good health and was barely surviving. His lawyers have decided to approach the high court for his bail application.

The court also issued non-bailable arrest warrants for Saleem Shahzad who is co-accused in the case of allegedly providing treatment to terrorists.
