Deepika Padukone to work with Vin Diesel?

The Indian film industry is gaining ground as time goes by and according to some, will even be catching up to Hollywood standards. Some Bollywood actresses, such as Aishwarya Rai, Priyanka Chopra and Nargis Fakhri have starred in Hollywood projects before. Hence, it shouldn’t come as a surprise if Deepika Padukone is soon in an action flick–and that too with none other than the Fast and the Furious star Vin Diesel!
The Tamasha actress recently got to meet with the Hollywood superstar, according to a picture she tweeted from her official Twitter account. In her tweet, Deepika is hugging Vin Diesel, whose face is not visible but the words of his movie XXX in the background, are quite obvious for all to make out.

Deepika left everything pretty much to our imagination and did not disclose anything else. The Bollywood actress didn’t quite caption her tweet or reveal anything. However, Vin Diesel did divulge into details regarding his movie this video clip from his Instagram account, which features his casting director Melissa McArthy.

Media reports had already suggested way back in 2013 that Deepika Padukone had refused an offer to be a part of the Fast and Furious 7 project. Was this a simple meet and greet between Deepika Padukone and Vin Diesel or is there more to it than meets the eye? Will we see the both of these huge stars collaborate to produce a masterpiece?
