According to reports magnitude 5.4 tremors jolt northern parts of the country. The epicentre of the earthquake was about 222 kilometers distance in north of Peshawar, 121 KM in north of Asadabad in Afghanistan and 98 KM in southwest of Ishqoshim in Tajikistan.
Earthquake tremors were felt at Peshawar, Chitral, Mingora, Ghizar, Shangla and Lower Dir in the wee hours of Thursday morning.
