MULTAN: An eight-year-old girl who was brutally tortured by a teacher in Multan, has succumbed to injuries and died after seven days of agony.
Noor Fatima who was a student at a local seminary was beaten up by her teacher to an extent that resulted in paralysis from the neck down.
After the unfortunate incident, the child was taken to the local clinic and later was shifted to Nishtar Hospital where doctors informed the family about the serious condition of the child,
According to doctors, Fatima’s neck was injured, which resulted in body paralysis.
The victim’s family are now seeking justice for their daughter and have sat in protest in front of the hospital.
Fatima’s mother has appealed to the Chief Justice of Pakistan to look into the matter and assure that justice is served to her little daughter.
The police have arrested the Madressa teacher and initiated investigation of the case.
