Agriculture council granted financial support for 29 ventures
ISLAMABAD: 29 innovative endeavor are granted permission by Pakistan Agricultural Research Council (PARC) for financial assistance by Agriculture Linkage Programme (ALP) in order to boost agricultural related activities and farming encouragement in Pakistan.
The decision for funding is taken at the 29th Board meeting, the purpose of meet up was not just to review the ongoing projects, but also to take care of the upcoming ventures related to expansion of agricultural evolution for present year.
ALP intention is to endorse and sustain agricultural related bustle, aligned with Pakistan’s long term expansion ambition and to encourage methodical association connecting Pakistan & United States.
Dr Yusuf Zafar, PARC Chairman supervised the meeting to estimate the project pitch, whereas, Dr Ghulam Rasool, Director General Planning and Development and Executive Director of ALP discussed about the objectives and derivatives of the meeting.
28 ventures were offered for assessment and sanction from Board meeting of ALP, and all the projects were granted permission for the agricultural expansion in Pakistan.
Dr Yusuf focused on diminishing the time for processing of funding, he also added that PARC is competently administering the program since beginning.
It is also stated by Dr Yusuf Zafar that next meeting of ALP will be called through online to lessen the dealing out time of projected ventures.
