LAHORE: Senior Minister of Punjab, Aleem Khan on Friday said ‘those who looted nation’s resources will be held accountable, and every single company will go through the process of audit.’

Talking to the newsmen outside the Punjab Assembly, Aleem Khan said outcry is being raised by those who were involved in Paragon City scam.

He advised Hamza Shehbaz to stage protest for a longer period next time, so that government could at least send a representative for negotiations.

Responding to the allegations, Mr. Khan said that he had nothing to do with Pak Enclave Society, his society’s name is Pak View.

Those who looted Nation’s resources will be made accountable, and every single company will go through process of audit, said Aleem Khan, adding that many scams revealed after Ashiana, Saaf Pani and metro bus projects.

Punjab’s Provincial  Minister held PML-N responsible for the worst economical situation, adding that government is fully aware of the masses’ difficulties.

Punjab government’s Cheques worth Rs. 80 billion have been bounced, claimed Aleem Khan.

Earlier today, PML-N staged protest demonstration outside the Punjab Assembly after boycotting the session as six of its MPAs were barred from entering the assembly.

The six MPAs, who were suspended and served show-cause notices for reportedly damaging benches and other properties of the house during its previous session, were denied entry into the assembly.

As a result, members of the opposition gathered outside the assembly and protested against Speaker Chaudhry Pervaiz Elahi.

Leader of the Opposition in the provincial legislature Hamza Shehbaz joined the protesters.

Speaking on the occasion, he said the opposition members will not attend the session unless the orders with regard to suspension of the MPAs are withdrawn.

He demanded that the speaker should retract his remarks about members of the opposition or else they won’t attend the assembly session.

Hamza announced to boycott the session until their demands are not met.
